Herstellung, Montage und Integration von Thrusters und Antriebssystemen
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Entwicklungs‑, Abnahme‑ und Qualifikationstests auf Komponenten‑ und Systemebene
Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von Fertigungsprozessen
Unterstützung bei der Qualitätsdokumentation von Komponenten und Baugruppen während Fertigung, Integration und Test
Integration, Betrieb und Wartung von Produktions‑ und Testanlagen
Perspektivische Entwicklung: Übernahme von Verantwortung im Shopfloor‑Management

Dein Profil

3–5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in einer Werkstatt‑ oder Prüfstandsumgebung, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Betrieb relevanter Testsysteme (Antriebssysteme in Luft‑ und Raumfahrt oder Automotive)
Technische Qualifikation als Techniker oder Bachelor Professional (Meister)
Fundierte Fertigungserfahrung (Bohren, Drehen, Fräsen) sowie sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
Kenntnisse in Messtechnik und Inspektion mittels gängiger Werkstatt‑Messmittel
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fluidsystemen (Gase, Rohrverbindungen, Ventile)
Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD‑Software (CATIA, Inventor, Fusion 360 oder vergleichbar)
Stark teamorientiert: proaktiv, zuverlässig, detailgenau und gut organisiert
Fließendes Deutsch (Pflicht); Englisch B2 von Vorteil

Your Main Responsibilities

Manufacturing,assembly and integration of thrusters and propulsion systems
Preparation and execution of development, acceptance and qualification tests on component and system level
Support in design and execution of manufacturing processes
Support with quality documentation of components and assemblies through the manufacturing, integration and test processes
Integration,operation and maintenance of production and test facilities
Potential development:Take over responsibility for the shop floormanagement

Your Qualification

3–5 years of hands‑on experience in a workshop or test bench environment, ideally with exposure to operating relevant test systems (propulsion systems aerospace or automotive)
Technical certification as a Techniker or Bachelor Professional (Meister).
Practical manufacturing skills, including drilling, turning, milling, and confident interpretation and work with technical drawings.
Proficiency in measurement and inspection, using basic metrology and workshop inspection tools.
Experience working with fluid systems, including gases, pipe connections, and valve operation
Practical experience with CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, Inventor, Fusion 360, or similar)
Strong team-orientation: proactive, reliable, detail‑focused, and well‑organized
Fluent German (mandatory); English at B2 level is an advantage
