Your Main Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the procurement of items for propulsion-engineering teams 
  • Ensure on time delivery through active supplier communication
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance and lead times, maintain and continuously update the central order database
  • Identify delivery risks early and proactively escalate delays to internal stakeholders
  • Establish a structured reminder and follow‑up system (manual or automated) to avoid missed or late deliveries

Your Qualification

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsengineur*in), Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Prior coursework or basic understanding of procurement, operations, or logistics.
  • Ability to take responsibility for defined procurement topics and follow them through end‑to‑end.
  • High level of reliability when handling recurring, time‑critical tasks.
  • Confident communicating with suppliers via email and phone in German (C1) and English (C1).
  • Willingness to proactively initiate improvement to the purchasing process.
